Timothy Barker


He is a Lecturer in Digital Media at the School of Culture and Creative Arts, The University of Glasgow. His research, published in a number of internationally recognised journals, book chapters and his sole book Time and the Digital, contributes to the fields of art theory, media studies and philosophy of technology. He has experience with a range of qualitative research methods and is particularly interested in topics such as eco-theory and media; temporality and digital media; technical media studies; and contemporary process philosophy.
